How to Buy: The Process

Step 1: Get representation

WIRE Miami represents the buyer, is paid by the developer and costs you nothing. I get you the current availability sheet and floor plans and walk you through the building with the sales team.

Step 2: Review the offering documents

Have your attorney review the purchase agreement, the declaration and the estimated budget. That is where the HOA budget, leasing rules and deposit escrow terms are, and they govern over anything in marketing materials.

Step 3: Choose the residence

Decide on type first (a residence, a loft or a townhome), then floor and exposure. Those drive the price more than anything else.

Step 4: Sign and fund the first deposit

Step 5: Close
